“Awakening the Spirit”
Pulling Together Canoe Journey 2013

Secwepemc Nation Territory 
(Shuswap/Kamloops area) including Spallumcheen, Adams Lake, Little Shuswap, Neskonlith and Kamloops Indian Bands.

Bodies of water include Mara Lake, Shuswap Lakes, South Thompson River

Total distance 110 km on the water

Three base camps located in:
Spaltsin, Little Shuswap and Tyee (Kamloops)

Sunshine Coast Pulling Together Canoe Fleet
13 youth will join 26 adults in 4 canoes to pull together, support each other, and become family

School District No. 46 (Sunshine Coast) Aboriginal Programs and Services

We will join many other canoes from BC and further away - creating a fleet of up to 20 canoes!
